Creative Engineering Solutions, PLLC (CES) is a veteran-owned consulting engineering firm located on Historic Roanoke Island, whose principal, David Ryan, P.E., has provided technical services to clientele in Northeastern North Carolina for the past fifteen years. Our services are focused on client response, reality-based design, and value engineering which are combined with accumulated knowledge and assurance that every project is successfully implemented.
CES understands the Outer Banks community and its unique environment. We also understand the quality of life and preservation of its community values which demands a process that can clearly identify and reflect those values in its long term approach to development.
CES’s basic “approach and philosophy” is the composite simulation of interpretive information which when formulated through creative planning processes is carefully directed, producing long-lasting results.
